Moonie the chihuahua from ‘Legally Blonde’ has passed away

Hollywood actress Reese Witherspoon wrote a heartfelt farewell to her ‘Legally Blonde’ co-star Moonie, sharing the news of his passing with her followers on Instagram.

"With a sad heart, I have to let all the Legally Blonde fans know that Bruiser Woods (also known as Moonie) passed away yesterday.," Witherspoon wrote, "He was a sweet little Chihuahua who was very loved. I will never forget all the days we spent together."

"I'm sure his tail is wagging in the sky," she added. 

Moonie's trainer Sue Chip shared the news of his death on Friday (March 11). Moonie was 18 years old.
