In the last three years for the Philippines alone, AXA has introduced more flexible products and services such as the mobile app, Emma by AXA PH. It’s a dedicated health and financial wellness partner to enable customers to conveniently access and manage all their AXA policy-related transactions.

Among Emma’s key features is the Access Rescue Line which provides free access to 24/7 emergency services such as roadside, ambulance, fire, and police assistance, and a teleconsultation service in partnership with MyPocketDoctor. Health policyholders can reimburse over-the-counter vitamins from their Global Health Access plan, file Letter of Guarantee requests for medical and laboratory services, and pay premiums right from the app. Unit-linked policyholders, on the other hand, can do fund switches or allocation and lump sum or regular top-ups.

The app also serves as a free resource of health and financial wellness tips even for non-AXA customers.

Adulting in confidence with all-around protection

Specifically designed to empower young adults to achieve financial security without compromising one goal over another, the AXA MyLifeChoice is an all-around plan with benefits for injuries from accidents, health coverage that prepares individuals for financial setbacks caused by any of the 74 covered critical illnesses, and investment opportunities to support ideal lifestyles and help secure the future.

It’s also made more affordable, making it an ideal plan for those who are just at the early stage of building their careers or even starting a family.

Providing new avenues for wealth growth

AXA Philippines has introduced its new fund, the AXA Global REIT and Property Income Fund via Asset Master, AXA’s unit-linked single-pay insurance plan. This brings access to prime global real estate investments with life benefit that ensures not only wealth growth but legacy preservation. It allows investors to tap into diverse real estate sectors, including residential, hotel & resorts, retail, and the new powerhouses of the real estate industry – communication infrastructures, data centers, industrial, and healthcare spaces – while having monthly cash payouts of up to 5% per annum and a guarantee of at least 125% life insurance coverage.  

Pioneering bancassurance with Metrobank

AXA Philippines and Metrobank, the partnership that pioneered bancassurance in the country, also reaffirm their commitment to continue serving more Filipinos with accessible and inclusive financial protection solutions.
