191st General Conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

All sessions will be rebroadcast on GTV

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints encourages everyone to hear a message of hope and renewal in Christ by participating in the 191st Semiannual General Conference on April 4-5, 2021. Rebroadcast schedules on GTV will be on April 9-11, 2021.

General conference is the worldwide gathering of Latter-day Saints. Twice a year, during the first weekend of April and the first weekend of October, Church leaders from around the world share messages or sermons focused on the living Christ and His gospel. Viewers learn how to find peace, hope, and joy in Jesus Christ; how to strengthen families by following our Savior’s teachings; and how to receive personal guidance and inspiration from God. “The purpose of this and every conference is to help [all] to hear Him, that [all] can hear the messages the Savior has especially prepared.” (Church President and Prophet Russell M. Nelson)

Since this year’s general conference falls on Easter Sunday, the event will have a special emphasis on Jesus Christ and His Resurrection to honor this sacred event. It will be inclusive of all who love Christ, no matter which faith they may belong to.

All sessions of the April 2021 conference will be streamed live on broadcasts.ChurchofJesusChrist.org. Sessions will also be available via Gospel Library, the Latter-day Saints Channel, television, satellite, and other digital channels.

The conference will consist of five sessions for individuals, families, and friends of the Church. The following schedule reflects Philippine Standard Time:

Saturday Morning Session: April 4, 12:00 AM
Saturday Afternoon Session: April 4, 4:00 AM
Saturday Priesthood Session: April 4, 8:00 AM
Sunday Morning Session: April 5, 12:00 AM
Sunday Afternoon Session: April 5, 4:00 AM

A Global Conference

This digital-only conference will be broadcast to the largest global audience. The First Presidency of the Church has said, “As a worldwide organization, we have an obligation to be good citizens and to act with caution as it relates to such a unique setting as general conference, which traditionally brings thousands of visitors to Salt Lake City from around the globe.”

General conference is streamed and broadcast live in about 70 languages and is later translated into more than 100 languages. This year’s General Conference is unique as the Sunday Morning Session will feature speakers from all over the world.

People of all faiths, beliefs, and backgrounds from everywhere in the world are invited to watch, listen, and participate.
