Bukas Palad sings songs of service and love in benefit concert
It will be a night of praise and giving back.
Renowned choir Bukas Palad Music Ministry will sing songs of service and love in a benefit concert this October 14, 2017 at St. Theresa’s College Quezon City (STCQC). “A Life of Service and Love: A Bukas Palad Benefit Concert” features the Ateneo de Manila University-based choir as STCQC Class of 1993 heads the celebration of the feast day of St. Teresa of Avila and the college’s 70th founding anniversary. The event also pays tribute to the selfless devotion of STC’s beloved Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (ICM).
Proceeds from the concert will support STCQC Class of 1993’s beneficiaries, The Queen of Peace (QOP) convent and the Sambayan Educational Foundation, Inc. (SEFI). The event will help fund these organizations headed by the ICM sisters: the Quezon City-based QOP convent, which serves as a retirement and medical home for nuns; and SEFI, a group that raises money for the tuition of students from lower middle income families.
“A Life of Service and Love: A Bukas Palad Benefit Concert” will play at 6PM on October 14, 2017 at the Sr. Adolphine Hall, STC Grade School Building. Tickets are available at P750, inclusive of pre-show snacks. For ticket reservations, call or text 0915-6407452.
