Jessica Soho renews contract with GMA Network

GMA News pillar Jessica Soho remained a Kapuso after she signed a new contract with GMA Network on Tuesday.

Present during the contract signing were GMA Network Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Atty. Felipe L. Gozon; President and Chief Operating Officer Gilberto R. Duavit Jr.; and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Felipe S. Yalong.

"Parang ang GMA at ako may forever... Kasi ever since naman, mula nang nagsimula ako hanggang ngayon, ito na ang tahanan ko," Soho said.

"Marami pa po tayong pagkukuwentuhang mga makabuluhan at mga news-worthy na mga dapat malaman ng ating mga taga-panood. Dito pa rin ako sa GMA," she added.

Gozon said he was glad that Soho remained a Kapuso, adding that she was one of the most-trusted journalists in the media industry.

"Eh si Jessica naman talagang icon na yan dito sa institusyon. Kamukha ng GMA, she is also a most-trusted, di lamang host, reporter... lahat na. Nakikita naman sa mukha ni Jessica na pwede mo pagkatiwalaan," Gozon said.

Soho hosts the top-rating news magazine show Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho every Sunday.
