Rex Navarrete, Comedy Manila stand-up for education in ‘HellaB'lu’

The Ateneo De Manila High School Class of 1991 are offering laughs and a chance to help Ateneo De Manila University's Tulong Dunong Program support more students. On their 25th anniversary, the batch partnered Blue8791, Tatakasul, and various sponsors to produce ‘HellaB'lu’, a one-night stand-up comedy show headlined by funnyman Rex Navarette.

Navarrete will be performing with local comics from Comedy Manila Alex Calleja, GB Labrador, Nace Cruz, and James Caraan at the Music Museum on March 12. Proceeds of the show will benefit the scholars of Tulong Dunong.

Tulong Dunong is a 40-year-old scholarship program, which receives over a thousand applications each year. However, due to limited sources, only about 250 are granted financial aid. Members of Batch 1991 hope to offer more aid to the good cause.
