The New Apostolic Church celebrates its 40th anniversary in the Philippines

Special festivities are planned for the annual Thanksgiving day on October 7 in the churches nationwide. While next year the NAC worldwide observes its 150th year in existence it was only on 12th October 1972 when the first Filipinos accepted this faith and  the first congregation in the Philippines was founded by Apostle Erwin Wagner from Canada.

The New Apostolic Church is a ministry- and a sacrament based church. Believing in the Trinity of God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit the church recognises that the Apostles were the disciples of Christ, His ambassadors and thus the body of the ministry, Christ has founded to carry on His work. The perception of the New Apostolic Church is that the apostolicity of the Church as proclaimed in the creed of AD 381, the apostolate, is manifest in the activity of living Apostles.

Today’s generation of Apostles carries on with the same love for souls, enthusiasm and dedication as their predecessors during the past 150 years as well as in the biblical early church. Under the leadership of the Chief Apostle they focus on the accomplishment of faith, the Return of Christ for His bride.
The Philippine NAC is led by 5 Filipino in the Apostles ministry. The current District Apostle for South East Asia resides in Manila.

The Regional head office is located in Makati however all Apostles are members of the New Apostolic Church International with its offices in Zurich/Switzerland
