Ginawa ni Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin ang anunsiyo nitong Miyerkoles ng gabi.

"Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services are hereby directed to continue their operations and render the necessary services," ayon kay Bersamin.

"The localized cancellation or suspension of classes and/or work in government offices in other areas may be implemented by their respective Local Chief Executives, pursuant to relevant laws, rules and regulations," dagdag niya.

Sinabi rin ni Bersamin, na nasa  pamunuan naman ng mga pribadong kompanya ang pasya kung magsusupinde rin ng pasok para sa kanilang mga manggagawa.

Sa 8:00 pm na tropical cyclone bulletin ng PAGASA nitong Miyerkules, 13 lugar ang nasa ilalim ng Signal No. 3.
