May pakiusap si Christopher "Boyet" de Leon sa viewers ng GMA action-adventure series "Lolong," na nagagalit sa kaniya dahil sa kaniyang kontrabida role na si Mayor Armando Banson.
"Galit sila kay Armando siyempre," sabi ni Boyet sa isang live kuwentuhan. "Hey guys, don't take it too personal. I mean like, it's just a story."
Sabi pa ng akotr, "It's a teleserye so... that's the story so don't be too affected by what's going on sa istorya natin. Anyway, just watch and enjoy it."
Para kay Christopher, ang pagkaapekto ng viewers ay nagpapakita na epektibo ang pagganap ng cast sa "Lolong."
"Mabuti na lang, naapektuhan sila. So, so far, siguro maganda 'yung trabaho namin, so I don't know kung asar na talaga sila doon sa character. Or huwag naman asar sila sa akin, I mean, I'm not that, I'm not Armando. I'm just playing Armando," patuloy niya.
Si Mayor Armando ang responsable sa halos pagkaubos ng mga buwaya sa munisipiyo ng Tumahan, kung saan residente si Lolong, ginagampanan ni Ruru Madrid.
"Whatever the script gives me I try to portray it as much as I can and try to be as vicious as the script needs me to be," saad ni Boyet.
Kuwento ni Christopher, maging ang mga bata ay nakikilala na rin siya bilang si Mayor Armando sa kapag namamasyal siya.
"Merong isang bata, sabi niya 'He's the one who's trying to kill the buwaya.' Tapos in-introduce ako ng parents sa bata. 'Don't worry,' sabi ko, 'It's just a story for TV. Don't worry,'" tugon ni Christopher sa bata.
"Sabi ko 'Don't worry, si Dakila will run after Armando. He'll try to eat Armando!' Tawanan ang parents ng bata," sabi ni Boyet.
Maging ang apo rin daw ni Christopher ay naiinis sa kaniya.
"The daughter of my son who lives in New Zealand, sabi niya 'Why are you killing the crocodiles?'" kuwento ni Christopher.
