Kapuso na ang aktres na si Kelley Day, matapos magdesisyong tahakin ang solo career.
Isa si Kelley sa ipinakilala bilang mga bagong talent ng GMA-Talent Development and Management Department (TDMD) nitong Huwebes sa GMA Network.

"I want to say thank you to the Kapuso network for the opportunity to continue to develop my skills and my talents... I've been here for a few months but I really feel so connected to everyone that I've been involved with GMA," pagpapasalamat ni Kelley.
Galing si Kelley sa kabilang network, kung saan parte siya ng isang girl dance group. Ngunit aniya, gusto niyang subukan na maging solo artist.
"I was there for one and a half year in the group and I realize na I wanted to go solo... I wanna be known as Kelley Day," saad niya.
Matapos lumipat, kaagad siyang napanood sa GMA Telebabad series na "The One That Got Away" bilang si Toni, isa sa mga nakursunadahan ng karakter na ginagampanan ni Migo Adecer.
"It's really an overwhelming feeling because I was gifted with the show straight away when I transferred. Of course, I'm really thankful for that and it's the perfect role for me," aniya. "So I'm really thankful that GMA put together a role that really fits me and gives me the opportunity to be myself, but to also grow as a different character on-screen."
Half-British, half-Filipina si Kelley kaya hirap pa siya sa Tagalog. Pero handa raw siyang tanggapin ang hamon na pag-aralan ang mga Tagalog script.
"I've already been challenged with the scripts we have for the show. For the first couple of weeks, it was mainly English script. But now, it's 80% Tagalog. And it's challenging for me especially with all the cameras, on set, and the pressure that everyone is waiting, one take, two takes. But honestly, I felt like I improved and I could not have done that without the people around me on set," kuwento ni Kelley.
Nagpapasalamat din siya sa tulong na ibinibigay ng mga co-actors na matiyagang inaalalayan siya sa pag-unawa sa script.
Sabi ni Kelley, nais niyang subukan ang iba pang bagay para madagdagan ang kaniyang kaalaman.
"As for other opportunities, I've done hosting as well. I would love to try something like one of the shows that GMA has to try hosting. I want to work on my music in the future. That's something I have in my heart. If my acting career develops, that's when I'll be ready for my music," sabi ni Kelley. -- FRJ, GMA News
