Inanunsyo ng Malacañang nitong Martes ng gabi na suspendido ang pasok sa gobyerno at mga klase sa paaralan sa buong Luzon sa Miyerkoles, Oktubre 23, 2024, dahil sa inaasahang epekto ng bagyong "Kristine."

Batay umano ito sa rekomendasyon ng Office of Civil Defense at Department of the Interior and Local Government.

Sa ulat ng weather bureau na PAGASA, namataan si Kristine (international name: Trami) sa 390 kilometers east ng Virac, Catanduanes, taglay ang pinakamalakas na hangin na 65 kilometers per hour malapit sa gitna at pagbugso na hanggang 80 kph.

Kumikilos ang bagyo westward sa bilis na 15 km/h, at inaasahang tatama sa kalupaan sa Isabela sa Miyerkoles ng gabi.

Nakataas ang Signal No. 2 sa mga lugar na:

  •     the eastern portion of Camarines Norte (Basud, Daet, Talisay, Vinzons, Paracale, Mercedes)
