Asahan ang malakihang taas sa presyo ng gasolina at diesel sa susunod na linggo.
Batay sa galaw ng kalakalan ng mga produktong petrolyo sa international market nitong nakalipas na apat na araw, tinataya ng oil industry source na P2.30 hanggang P2.50 per liter ang madagdag sa presyo ng gasolina, at P2.50 hanggang P2.70 per liter naman sa diesel.
Kinumpirma naman ni Department of Energy-Oil Industry Management Bureau Assistant Director Rodela, na magkakaroon ng taas sa presyo ng mga produktong petrolyo sa susunod na linggo.
Sa pagtaya ni Romero, nasa P2.00 hanggang P2.30 per liter ang itataas sa presyo ng gasolina. Habang P2.35 to P2.65 per liter sa diesel, at P2.45 to P2.55 per liter sa kerosene.
Ayon sa source, “the significant spike in crude oil prices due to fear of supply disruption should Israel’s retaliation target Iran’s oil infrastructure.”
Dagdag pa nito, “There is also some tightening in supplies of diesel and gasoline in our region due to production cuts and unplanned refinery outages in Indonesia and Malaysia. Overall, the increase is due to higher crude prices, which may stay elevated because of the Middle East tension.”
Inihayag naman ni Romero na nakaapekto sa presyo ng mga produktong petrolyo ang sigalot sa Middle East at maging ang hagupit ng “Hurricane Milton" sa ilang bahagi ng Amerika.
Posible pa umanong magbago ang halaga sa magiging galaw ng presyo ng produktong petrolyo batay sa huling araw ng world trading ngayong Biyernes.
