2 children die after eating poisonous crab in Cagayan | NCAA Philippines

Two children died after eating a poisonous crab known locally as 'kuri' in Sta. Ana town, Cagayan, according to a report on Saksi on Friday.

They ate the crab as part of their breakfast with their father.

According to the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), the type of crab should not be eaten if one has a weak immune system.

According to the report, the children's father is receiving treatment in a hospital. -- BAP, GMA News
