NCAA Season 97 Most Valuable Player Mycah Go is expected to return in the upcoming volleyball tournament of NCAA Season 99.
Go was not able to suit up for De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in Season 98 due to a torn ACL.
"Sa NCAA maglalaro na siya, dito 'di muna," Benilde head coach Jerry Yee told GMA News Online last February 2, while referring to the PNVF Champions League.
"Talagang extra precautions lang kami. Sa NCAA 'yung target niyang return."
Go will be a big boost for the Lady Blazers who are aiming for their third straight title.
For now, Yee is banking on the experience the team will get from the ongoing PNVF Champions League as they expect a tougher campaign for the Taft-based squad come the NCAA season.
"Last season 'di rin naman naging madali. We are expecting na mas cohesive na ang teams, mas prepared na. May leagues na silang mga nasalihan so I'm sure they are preparing," said Yee.
