In a surprise turn of events in the NCAA Season 98 All-Star Game, Regine Arocha got the surprise of her life as former University of Perpetual Help System DALTA star Rey Taneo proposed to her during the festivities.
Arocha was being interviewed by Martin Javier before Taneo made the gesture.
Earlier, Taneo and his Team Saints squad defeated Team Heroes in the men's all-star game.
