Emilio Aguinaldo College is out to prove it belongs in the pack as the new-look squad unfolds another bid in the NCAA Season 97 women's volleyball tournament.
With the games set to kick off on June 11, EAC will be bannered Krizzia Reyes and Cathrine Almazan, two of the seven holdovers from the school's Season 95 crew.
They will be joined by other mainstays Jan Cabrera, Anne Formento, Jayrah Mangaring, Jennifer Omapas, and Jamaica Villena. They will be bolstered by youngsters Monna Bañares, Jonalyn Ginampos, Georgeena Lut, Rhez Magalona, Lyka Perez, Jeanne Porto, and Alex Salvaloza.
The wards of head coach Rodrigo Palmero will be eager to barge into the Final Four after a series of heartbreaks that saw them fall short in their previous campaigns.
Back in Season 95, which was cancelled due to the pandemic, EAC had booked just one win against eight losses to finish dead last in the field.
