Despite a two-year lull, the Jose Rizal University Lady Bombers remained whole.
JRU will parade an almost intact roster when they start their campaign in the NCAA Season 97 women's volleyball tournament that opens curtains on June 11.
Led by skipper Dolly Verzosa, JRU will be led by eight other holdovers in Angel Rose Bautista, Jonazel Egera, Jerry Lyn Laurente, Renesa Melgar, Sydney Niegos, Riza Rose, Mary May Ruiz, and Danica Villanueva.
The rest of the team will be composed of fresh faces in Marianne Alona, Mailey Amante, and Reizaballe Ortiz as head coach Mia Tioseco will remain at the helm.
JRU had a pretty good run in Season 95, collecting four wins against five losses to conclude the year in sixth place.
