Jose Rizal University once again ruled the NCAA track and field events for the third straight season.
The Mandaluyong crew's seniors team extended its reign after the three-day Season 99 athletics event which capped on Saturday at the Philsports Complex in Pasig.
This is JRU's eighth overall seniors title in track and field.
Meanwhile, its juniors team placed second in the tournament.
Mapua University, on the other hand, finished second overall in the seniors tournament.
