It’s almost back to normal for the country’s oldest collegiate league.
The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) will feature a total of 10 sporting events for the Season 98 that kicks off on September 10 starting with the men’s basketball tournament.
Also making the list are the women’s volleyball tournament, cheerleading competition, swimming, and track and field.
Juniors' basketball will also make its way back as well as men’s volleyball, beach volleyball, taekwondo, and chess.
All-Star games will feature both basketball and volleyball.
“For the past two seasons, we have seen the resilience of our member school communities and student-athletes.” said Season 98 Policy Board president Dr. Jose Paulo Campos of Emilio Aguinaldo College.
“As we beging Season 98, the Philippines’ first collegiate athletic competition remains steadfast in instilling values in our students: ‘Achieve Greatness Every Day.’
The men’s cagefeat tips off at 2:30 p.m. at the Araneta Coliseum with Arellano University and host EAC clashing.
