Before the NCAA Season 96 officially opens shop this Sunday, ‘Rise Up Stronger: The Road to NCAA Season 96’ first gave a glimpse of what to expect in the return of the country’s oldest collegiate fixture.
The brand new season is tipped to feature virtual events in sports of chess, taekwondo, basketball, and volleyball as face-to-face activities are still prohibited.
To introduce fans to NCAA basketball, ‘The Clash’ Season 2 and 3 grand champions Jessica Villarubin and Jeremiah Tiangco helped NCAA fans recall the best and most memorable moments of each 10 member schools.
Meanwhile, Kapuso comedians Pekto and John Fier played a round of chess with a twist with host Martin Javier and Tiangco.
