Colegio de San Juan de Letran will take on Lyceum of the Philippines University to open its bid for the Squires' third straight title as the NCAA Season 100 juniors basketball tournament opens on Monday at the Filoil EcoOil Centre in San Juan.

Letran, however, will have a new look this season as Willie Miller takes over the head coaching spot previously held by Allen Ricardo and the Squires will be missing the likes of Jonathan Manalili, George Diamante, Alex Gazzingan, and Jovel Baliling. The likes of Daniel Padilla, Syrex Silorio, and Justine Hugo, however, will return for the Intramuros-based squad.

The Junior Pirates, meanwhile, hope to have a better showing this season after finishing ninth last year with a 2-7 win-loss card.

Letran and LPU will open the juniors basketball event at 8:00 a.m.

All ten schools will play each game day as the tournament will still have a single round robin format.

Here is the schedule of the Juniors Basketball tournament.
