According to the initial update in the game's broadcast, Bravo was already speaking but was experiencing breathing difficulties after he was moved out of the court.

According to Season 100 Management Committee chair and LPU ManComm representative Hercules Callanta, Bravo's CT scans were negative and the LPU player is now awaiting discharge instructions.

Bravo returned in the second round of the tournament after being initially ruled out of the season for his spine injury. However, he got clearance after a second opinion and immediately made impact in his return.

Callanta added that what happened to Bravo earlier was also not related to his previous spine injury.

Arellano eventually won against LPU, 91-86.
