Letran hopes for win no. 4 in match vs EAC; Arellano takes on JRU | NCAA Philippines

Colegio de San Juan de Letran hopes to move up in the NCAA Season 100 standings as they take on Emilio Aguinaldo College on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m.

The Knights are eyeing their fourth win after toppling defending champion De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde last Sunday. A win will put them at a tie with University of Perpetual Help System DALTA which currently holds the no. 2 spot with 4-2.

The Generals, meanwhile, hope to bounce back after falling to Perpetual and improve their record which is currently at 2-3.

Prior to that, Arellano University will go against Jose Rizal University at noon.

The Chiefs (1-4) had their first win last Sunday and hopes to continue their winning ways when they take on the Heavy Bombers (1-4).

For Arellano head coach Chico Manabat, the team would also focus on the mental aspect as part of their preparations for JRU.

"Hopefully, makapagpahinga rin mga bata kasi mentally, talagang bugbog din sila. Kahit ako, wala pa akong masyadong magandang tulog kasi gusto namin manalo," Manabat said after their 87-73 win against San Sebastian College-Recoletos last Sunday.
