Big man Oman Omandac will start a new chapter of his collegiate career in Emilio Aguinaldo College after parting ways with Lyceum of the Philippines University.
Omandac announced his departure from the Pirates' ship on Tuesday.
"I am appreciative of LPU for allowing me to attend from high school until I entered college," Omandac wrote on the caption of his post, while thanking those who supported him in his stint with LPU.
"However, I have decided to leave LPU and begin a new chapter of my life at a different institution."
Omandac confirmed to GMA News Online his transfer to EAC on Thursday.
According to the big man, he will have one playing year in EAC in NCAA Season 101.
In Season 99, Omandac posted averages of 5.47 points and 2.0 rebounds. He, however, had a season-high performance of 24 points against EAC in the game which Enoch Valdez missed. He also played hero as he hit timely triples to propel the Pirates past De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
Omandac became the second Pirate to leave the Intramuros crew following Shawn Umali who transferred to Benilde.
