NCAA: LPU, Perpetual hope to extend streaks; Mapua, San Beda, Benilde, San Sebastian eye wins in crucial triple-header | NCAA Philippines

Sunday's games will be crucial as the NCAA Season 99 Final Four race tightens.

In the first game at 10 a.m., De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and San Sebastian College-Recoletos hope for more wins as the Blazers, at 9-5, are currently at third place in the standings behind Lyceum of the Philippines University and Mapua University.

The Golden Stags, with a 5-9 record, are still in the race as they remain in contention for a Final Four slot. They are currently at the eighth spot in the standings.

The next game at 12:00 p.m., meanwhile, will see streaking Lyceum of the Philippines University go against University of Perpetual Help System DALTA.

The Pirates (11-3) are putting their five straight wins at risk, while Perpetual (7-7) has been on a roll with three straight wins.

The final match at 2:00 p.m. will see San Beda University (8-5) go against Mapua University (11-3).

San Beda aims to return in the winning column after losing to Perpetual, while the Cardinals will aim for their third consecutive victory after winning against San Sebastian College and Emilio Aguinaldo College.
