LOOK: Sneak peek of NCAA Season 99 opening ceremony

Ahead of the NCAA Season 99 opening ceremony on Sunday, the NCAA page on Saturday gave a sneak peek of its preparations for the event at the Mall of Asia Arena.

The opening ceremony, which will be simulcast on GMA and GTV at 2 pm, will be hosted by sports anchor Martin Javier, along with Kapuso stars Matteo Guidicelli, Arra San Agustin, and Faith da Silva.

It will also have performances from Asia’s Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose, Zephanie, Rita Daniela, Hannah Precillas, Jessica Villarubin, Mariane Osabel, Thea Astley, Lexi Gonzales, Ysabel Ortega, and 1st.One. Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards will also have a special participation in the said event.

Action starts right after as host Jose Rizal University will face three-time defending champions Colegio de San Juan de Letran at 3 pm, followed by the game between Lyceum of the Philippines University and Season 98 runners-up De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
