Warren Bonifacio will be taking on one last ride for Mapua University in NCAA Season 99.
However, Boniacio said he wants to give something back to the Intramuros-based squad.
"Dahil ito na 'yung final year ko, susuklian ko na lahat-lahat ng binigay sa'kin ng Mapua: ibalik 'yung kampeonato," Bonifacio said during Mapua's pep rally, according to a report by Nico Waje on 24 Oras last August 22.
(Because this is my final year, I'm going to give back after what Mapua has provided for me. We'll reclaim the championship.)
After a runner-up finish in Season 97, the Cardinals finished seventh in Season 98.
Mapua will open their campaign on September 26 against the San Sebastian College-Recoletos at the Filoil-EcoOil Centre in San Juan.
