It's back to square one for De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
They may have clinched the twice-to-beat advantage heading into the Final Four but Benilde head coach Charles Tiu said the different kind of pressure in the playoffs will have their mindset back to square one.
"We can't prepare yet. We don't know who we're gonna face. I wish we knew," Tiu said in a post-game conference on Tuesday.
"But it is what it is. Right now, we're just happy and thankful to the Lord because at least we have a twice-to-beat advantage. It's gonna be big," Tiu said.
"It doesn't matter if we've beaten these teams sa semis, zero-zero all yan sa semis. Iba 'yung pressure n'on. I don't know how the guys will respond. We worked hard to be in this position so it's a good feeling kahit papano."
The final game of Colegio de San Juan de Letran against Jose Rizal University on Wednesday will be crucial as it will determine Benilde's opponent in the Final Four.
Should Letran win, Benilde will face Lyceum of the Philippines University in the Final Four. However, if JRU wins, Benilde will take the top spot and will face San Beda again in the playoffs.
