De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and Jose Rizal University will look to bounce back from their recent losses when they take on each other on Tuesday in NCAA Season 98 at the FilOil EcoOil Centre.

Game time is at 3 p.m. with Benilde and JRU hoping to regain their winning ways after falling to Colegio de San Juan de Letran and Arellano University, respectively, while University of Perpetual Help System DALTA and Emilio Aguinaldo College clash at 12 p.m.

Benilde recently dropped to the second spot after absorbing a 74-66 defeat at the hands of the Knights and the Blazers will go use this loss as a motivation when they cross paths with the Heavy Bombers again.

Benilde asserted mastery over JRU during their first round meeting where they eked out a 92-79 win behind a career-high 34-point outing from big man Will Gozum.

JRU, on the other hand, is fresh from a 62-52 drubbing against the Chiefs, who played without their two key players in Cade Flores and Shane Menina as the two remained injured.

In the first game, Perpetual and EAC will also look to get back on the winning column after a string of heartbreaks that saw the ALTAs absorb back-to-back losses while the Generals are riding a four-game losing slump.

Perpetual is coming off an 86-82 beating at the hands of the Lyceum Pirates  which came after a 73-65 upset loss to cellar team Mapua University while EAC hasn't won a game yet since pulling off an 80-75 stunner over Benilde last October 16.
