University of Perpetual Help System DALTA and Mapua University will look to bag back-to-back wins when they meet on Tuesday in NCAA Season 98 action at the FilOil EcoOil Centre.

Perpetual and Mapua, both coming off wins from last week, are set for a 12 p.m. encounter, while Emilio Aguinaldo College and San Beda University will look to end their respective slumps at 3 p.m.

The ALTAs recently ended their three-game losing skid after carving out a 75-72 overtime escape of longtime tormentor San Beda, ending a seven-year losing streak to the Red Lions that dates back to September 2015.

Powering their statement win were young guns John Abis and Mark Omega as well as Carlo Ferreras, who did damage early in the game before Abis took charge in the clutch.

They will be up against an inspired Mapua side, who are high in morale following a 77-67 thrashing of EAC over the weekend as Warren Bonifacio and Paolo Hernanadez continued their solid outings for the Cardinals.

In the second game, both EAC and San Beda will seek to score a bounce back win.

EAC is now on a two-game losing slide since the Generals’ 80-75 upset win over league-leading De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde while San Beda will try to avoid two consecutive losses.
