Before he steps up to the pro ranks, Jeo Ambohot ended his collegiate run with a milestone.
Apart from helping steer the Colegio de San Juan de Letran to the NCAA Season 97 throne, the 6-foot-7 forward also copped the Finals MVP plum after averaging 9.5 points and 10.5 rebounds in the finals.
With the fact still sinking in, Ambohot said it's with mixed emotions that he finally wraps up his Letran stint with the award.
Earlier, Ambohot was also named to the Mythical Five where he joined Justin Arana, Will Gozum, JM Calma, and teammate Rhenz Abando in the selection. He was also included in the Best Defensive Team after picking up 88 rebounds, 14 blocks, and three steals.
And he hopes that with his performance this season, he can finally ink a deal with Converge.
"Baka may nanonood ding coaches. Sana nagustuhan nila 'yung laro ko at sana makapirma."
