Rising CSB cager Prince Carlos shares what goes on during his ‘grind day’

Rise Up Stronger: The Road to NCAA Season 96

College of St. Benilde’s Prince Carlos shared on ‘Rise Up Stronger: The Road to NCAA Season 96’ what goes on a typical day for him — someone who is not only a student but is also a hard working athlete.

The budding cager wakes up at around 7 in the morning to do some stretching before he changes his clothes into a workout outfit.

Carlos, who was known for appearing in an advertisement of a famous chocolate milk brand, would then eat a small amount of food before driving to his workout spot in Muntinlupa. After which, he’ll ride his bicycle until around noon.

In the afternoon, Carlos would again do another round of his workout session so as to keep his body shape intact while NCAA and other leagues are at standstill.

“As a student-athlete, we always have to be ready. Always in shape, always ready,” he said.

“Me, I have a goal so I have to keep on improving everyday. I have to keep grinding.”
