Rise Up Stronger: The Road to NCAA Season 96

The College of St. Benilde is not only home to prominent athletes but also to promising showbiz personalities and beauty queens!

MC Abolucion and RJ Argamino, two former CSB Blazers, dropped by the ‘Rise Up Stronger: The Road to NCAA Season 96’ studio to talk about their pride at being Benilde graduates while also sharing their fondest memories of the school.

Current Blazer Prince Carlos, who became famous for appearing in several advertisements including that of a chocolate milk brand, shared glimpses of what is a typical day like for a student-athlete such as himself.

Meanwhile, CSB student-athletes Shannon Ponce de Leon, Chelsea Umali, and Catherine Rodriguez took on the ‘Blazing Beauty Pageant’ as CSB is known for producing beauty queens like Miss Earth 2015 Angelia Ong, Miss Universe Philippines 2016 Maxine Medina, and Miss World 2013 Megan Young.

CSB is also the alma mater of Kapuso actors Ken Chan, Rita Daniela, and national volleyball team skipper John Vic de Guzman.
