The Clash alumni Jong Madaliday, Garrett Bolden and Anthony Rosaldo expressed their delight now that they finally have their own singles released under GMA Music.
Jong, Garrett, and Anthony treated entertainment reporters and bloggers to an intimate meeting where they also performed their originals “Ano Ba?” “Lilipad Na” and “Larawan Mo,” respectively. During their interview, the three The Clash alumni shared their happiness in pursuing their music through the Kapuso music label.
For Jong, who hails from the far-flung North Cotabato, releasing his own single and listening to his song on the radio feels surreal.

Anthony also felt the same, claiming he along with his The Clash batchmates were fortunate to be given a break.

He said, “For me naman po, very humbled po ako na I was given this opportunity to, again, show what I can do po. Actually I consider this as a privilege po na binigay po nila kasi hindi po lahat ng mga singers po ay nabibigyan ng single.
“This is a good start po and for us po na mga galing sa competition, ‘yung next goal naman namin is to be like our idols po na merong sariling mga kanta na iidolohin naman po ng mga susunod po sa aming generations. So napakasaya po and of course happy po na binigyan kami ng chance ng GMA Music to really pick for the song that would suit us.
