Mitzi Josh makes you fall in love with her debut single 'Could Get Used To You'
Mitzi Josh's first single "Could Get Used To You" will be available on digital music platforms on August 16.
Kapuso singer and actress Mitzi Josh is gearing up to launch her debut single titled "Could Get Used To You" under GMA Playlist.
Composed by Rina Mercado, "Could Get Used To You" is a pop-folk ditty that will make listeners feel like they are falling in love.
In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, Mitzi shared her inspiration for the love song.
"It's my first ever single. Actually, I've done several OSTs. Ito talaga 'yung first single ko under GMA Playlist. It's a love song. It's all about genuine love for another person," Mitzi said.
"'Yung naging inspiration ko rito, of course, my family and myself," she added.
Mitzi also revealed that she recorded "Could Get Used To You" last year and requested a rerecord from the label.
"Na-record ko po siya last year pa," Mitzi said. "Nag-request ako kay Ms. Rocky [Gacho] na sana maire-record namin siya kasi parang mas na-grasp ko na 'yung meaning ng song. So, feeling ko, kaya ko na talaga siyang bigyan ng justice and maiparating 'yung meaning talaga ng song.
"Nag-request ako ng another recording which is recently lang. I'm super excited to hear it."
"Could Get Used To You" is now available for pre-order on iTunes until August 15. The song will be released on digital music platforms worldwide this Friday, August 16.
