OPM band Sala has released the performance video for their debut single "Hi, Tita!"
In a Facebook post, Sala expressed gratitude to everyone who has been part of their first performance video, directed by RC Cipriano.
"Hi, Tita!" is a relatable song about aging single people who have devoted much of their time to their respective careers--prioritizing their careers over their love life. And now being pressured by their family and friends about their status in life.
In an interview with GMANetwork.com, Sala explained that they named the song "Hi, Tita!" because it is usually the titas who often ask this kind of societal pressure.
SALA is one of the new artists of GMA Music's sublabel AltG Records. The band was formed in February 2023. The four members are Neth Macam (vocalist and keyboardist), Ronald Villadar (bassist), Fourth Dayag (percussion drums player), and Rigil Kentaurus Borromeo (electric guitar player and producer).
