SkyGarden, a Japanese trio consisting Ryo, Hiro, and Iwa, has released a behind-the-scenes look at the making of their "KOKOA" music video.
"KOKOA" is the first self-composed and produced single of SkyGarden as a signed recording artist of AltG Records, a sub-label of GMA Music.
SkyGarden produced its own music video, which was filmed in both Japan and the Philippines. The four-minute music video was directed by Hiro Ozaki.
KOKOA" is based on the high school love story of Iwa Maegawa, who had a crush and wanted her to be his girlfriend, but failed to do so despite his courtship.
The title of the song is a shortened term for the Japanese phrase "Kokoro kara Aishiteru," which means "I love you from the bottom of my heart."
The song's music was based on the Japanese anime OBB/CBB, but they decided to use Tagalog lyrics to give it Pinoy vibes.
