XOXO to release music video of "GLNG" this June
P-pop girl group XOXO are back with a new dance track "GLNG" (Go Lang Nang Go).
All-female group XOXO is ready to release the music video of its third single under GMA Music titled "GLNG" (Go Lang Nang Go).
In an interview with GMANetwork.com, members of the group revealed that they also prepared a music video--their first-ever, for "GLNG," which will be released on June 1 at 5:00 p.m.
"Mayroon siyang storyline which is really interesting and really funny in a way," Riel said of the music video.
She added, "Doon pa lang makikita mo na, aside sa lyrics, from the music video itself na 'yun 'yung ibig naming sabihin.
"Na kahit may nagpu-pull down sa 'yo, may mga taong namba-bash, at hindi naniniwala sa 'yo basta't alam mo sa sarili mo na 'yung pangarap mo mas importante kaysa roon sa sinasabi nila, nakikita mo na may ginagawa kang mabuti, wala kang inaapakang tao, go lang nang go talaga. Kasi mayroong mga elements ng medyo bullying doon tapos you will see how we overcame it.
"GLNG" was released on May 26 under GMA Music. Composed by Ramiru Mataro and Geca Morales, the dance track is about rising to life's challenges--that no matter what difficulties we face, we should just keep picking ourselves up and keep going.
XOXO consists of four members Riel, Lyra, Dani, and Mel. They were officially launched in August 2019 and are handled by Sparkle GMA Artist Center. The quartet are also signed under GMA Music.
