Jessica Villarubin's 'Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin' is out now!
Jessica Villarubin is making a comeback with her rendition of "Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin" by Vehnee Saturno.
All-Out Sundays' Queendom member Jessica Villarubin is back with a powerful ballad composed by Vehnee Saturno and produced by GMA Music.
The third The Clash champion released her version of the OPM classic "Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin" on September 16.
The song is a soft romantic track that slowly progresses into higher notes, showing her winning voice.
Jessica said in her press conference for the song that while many couples can relate to the song, she thought of dedicating this song to lovers in a long-distance relationship.
"Siguro ma-dedicate ko ito for LDR (long distance relationship) couples na malayo sa isa't isa. Hindi hadlang ang distance when you love someone. Para rin ito sa mga LDR diyan," Jessica said.
Personally, Jessica says she has no love life so she dedicates the song to "Siguro as of now, ang corny ko...ang parents ko, wala po akong kausap, as in wala."
She continued, "Ang naiisip ko talaga ang parents ko, sila lang ang iibigin ko for now."
