Kyline Alcantara’s first major concert titled ‘Kyline Take Flight’ is just around the corner and the young Kapuso actress-singer is giving us, especially the millennials, every reason to make attending it worth it.
Kyline admits feeling overwhelmed that her first concert came a bit soon but there is no second-guessing in what she wants to accomplish in this big feat.
She stated, “I make sure na makakakonekta po talaga sila sa akin. Sa lahat ng kakantahin ko, makakakonekta sila sa akin and ‘yun naman siguro ‘yung importante para sa akin, ‘yung makakonekta sa akin ‘yung mga fans ko para mas pakiramdam nila na parang nandito lang ako beside them.”
Kyline is pretty hands-on in completing her set list for her concert happening at the SM Sky Dome on September 8. Her performance will be a preview of her six-track debut album under GMA Records. Aside from this, she has handpicked songs that are close to her heart.
She explained, “Isa po ako sa mga namili ng songs talaga like meron po dito, kakanta po ako ng Eraserheads. Napili ko po ‘yun dahil with my parents, ‘yun po ‘yung lagi nilang kinakanta. So ayun po, kapag may tumutugtog na Eraserheads, I always remember my parents dahil lagi po kaming nakakapag-jam kapag Eraserheads ‘yung kanta. So parang may mga personal involvement po talaga ‘yung bawat songs na pinili ko na kantahin dito sa concert ko.”
“Ito po ‘yung isa sa mga kinakanta ko sa videoke with my lolo, which is “Pangarap na Bituin,” she also added.
Kyline also promised to prove herself as a total performer via production numbers and acts she will share with her special guests.
