Eloisa was a busker since 2014 prior to becoming a recording artist. Busking is the activity of playing music in the street or another public place for voluntary donations.
She joined the Elements National Songwriting Camp in 2015 and was coached by the likes of Ryan Cayabyab, Jungee Marcelo, and Trina Belarmide. After this event, Eloisa wrote her single "Pangarap."
In the same year, Eloisa joined a songwriting contest sponsored by Angee Rozul, where she won a free recording contract. Several months later, she released her self-titled independent album Pangarap ni Eloisa composed of 7 original songs. The album was released at Nagsasa, Zambales, on April 16, 2016, during a beachfront gig. It was released under an independent label.
She was featured in the GMA show Reel Time in 2017 for its #ReelTimeMusiKalye where she talked about her motivation for busking in the streets of Metro Manila.
