EXCLUSIVE: Natalia Moon and Kian Dionisio join the roster of GMA Records talents

GMA Records adds two invaluable artists into their roster of talents as the Kapuso music label welcomes Natalia Moon and Kian Dionisio.

Natalia and Kian signed deals with GMA Records today, February 1. Present in their separate contract signings were GMA Records Managing Director Rene Salta and GMA Records A&R Manager Kedy Sanchez. Director Chris Librojo also represented Natalia whom he manages as well.

Natalia claimed she took her time off the limelight to concentrate and prioritize her music.

She said in an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, “Actually super excited ako talaga kasi it’s been a while. I’ve been waiting to release my album. I’ve been working very hard, and I’m so happy to be working with GMA Records. I’m really excited for the opportunities this year that we’re gonna have together.” 

Meanwhile, Kian admitted to feeling blessed to receive this big break for his music career.

He shared, “Syempre masaya. Flattered din dahil hindi ko rin akalain na ganun ‘yung mangyayari. Matagal na ‘yung songs eh, so parang sa akin, sa akin na lang. Hindi ko alam na maire-record ko pa, tapos sa GMA Records pa. So, sobrang happy.”

Kedy Sanchez also takes pride in finally closing a deal with GMA Records’ two newest artists.  

The A&R Manager said, “We’re very, very excited for Kian, for one kasi we have heard his songs actually two years ago pa. Slowly but surely, we recorded his songs until umabot kami ng six or seven. Kian has a distinct sound, and in fact, one of his songs, ‘yung single niya was actually featured in one of the teleseryes already, That’s My Amboy.”

He also added about Natalia, “I can only admire her passion for music, for songwriting, and even directing the music videos. Siya lahat ‘yan. And of course, she’s very, very pretty, all woman. I don’t think it will be a problem for her to breakthrough in the music industry.”

Natalia will debut her album titled ‘May Forever Pa More’ on February 14, while Kian has released his first and self-titled EP on January 25. His first music video will be launched at Conspiracy Garden Cafe on February 15.
