Alden Richards's 'Wish I May' album hits 5x Platinum status

Congratulations are in order for Pambansang Bae Alden Richards as a GMA Records artist.
Almost five months after its release, Alden’s album Wish I May has reached 5x Platinum status.
GMA Records shared his certification from the Philippine Association of Record Industry (PARI), saying “Congratulations, Pambansang Bae. This is another huge achievement for you.
“Maraming salamat sa patuloy na pagusporta sa latest album ni Tisoy. Grab your CDs and/or digital copies now,” its post also continued.
Through an interview on 24 Oras, Alden referred to one of his singles as the reason behind the success of his album. He claimed, “Ako naniniwala ako ang nagdala talaga doon is ‘yung single ko na How Great Is Our God.”
According to GMA Records, the awarding will be done on March 27 in Alden’s weekend comedy-variety show Sunday PinaSaya. The actor-singer’s Wish I May album is also half way to being a diamond record.
The Pambansang Bae is currently working on a new album under GMA Records. He shared, “I’m coming up with another album and I’m planning to include more Christian songs.”
