South Border approves of GMA Playlist as a different concert experience

South Border recently graced the Playlist stage, and the band approves that the online Kapuso concert is one for the books.

Jay Durias, singer-composer-arranger of the OPM band, noted, “GMA Playlist was such a fun experience! We felt like we were performing in a concert even if our audience was just a small number of staff and crew.”

“We would definitely love to do another Playlist experience if time permits. On behalf of South Border, thank you very much to GMA Playlist for the love and support that you have shown us. Kudos and more power,” he added via a text message.

South Border’s performance of their originals ‘Love of My Life’ and ‘Ikaw Nga’ hit the airwaves via GMANetwork.com/Playlist and on Barangay LS 97.1 yesterday, August 2.
 

The band’s collaboration with Asia’s Pop Sweetheart Julie Anne San Jose of their hit song 'Kahit Kailan' also began airing yesterday.

Meanwhile, fans of South Border may also head on to their gigs to catch them perform live.
