Janno Gibbs opens up about the woman he isn't shy to be real to

There’s a woman whom Janno Gibbs greatly treasures and reveals much of himself to and it isn’t his wife Bing Loyzaga.

 

The King of Soul admitted on his GMANetwork.com live chat that he’s very open to his daughter Alyssa.

 

Alyssa, the first of his two daughters, may look a lot like Bing but is much like him. “Si Alyssa mas kahawig ni Bing pero parang mas kaugali ko. Mas chill siya,”
he said.

 

Among many things, he’s proud of how driven his firstborn is to succeed. “I’m really proud of her kasi may sarili na siyang business. She’s really focused on her business, on her career [and she’s] very hands-on… I think she’s growing up to be a very responsible adult which I’m very happy about,” he added.

 

The singer-actor also revealed that Alyssa is the first person he approaches when he needs a second opinion on his compositions. “’Pag meron akong ginagawang song, kino-compose na very rough, raw, sa kanya ko ipaparinig muna,” he shared.

 

Janno is grateful that even if his daughter is already twenty-five years old, she’s never too occupied to lend him a hand. He takes pride in how tightly knit his family is, even helping each other out with work matters.

 

“She conceptualized 'yung cover [ng Novela album ko]… And for my video ‘Lalaki Lang Ako’, she helped style [my leading lady there, si] Max Collins. Mga damit ng anak ko 'yung suot ni Max Collins sa video,” he fondly disclosed.
