Kapuso actor Kim de Leon just released his very first single "Safe with Me" under GMA Playlist.
The pop ballad debuted strong on the iTunes Philippines charts during its release on July 8.
Kim shared his thoughts on his first single, 'Yung message ng song is no matter what your problems are, kung ano man ang pinagdadaanan mo, don't worry, you're safe with me.
He continued, "Gusto ko talaga 'yung mga acoustic ballad pop songs, and GMA Playlist and I came up with "Safe with Me" and nagustuhan naman namin 'yung kinalabasan and sana magustuhan ninyo rin."
The Love You Stranger actor shared how music has been therapeutic for him, and he wants to share inspiring music with all his fans.
"Ako kasi whenever I feel insecure and I doubt myself, nakikinig ako sa music pampakalma ko. Na-iinspire ako sa ibang artists na pinapakinggan ko. Gusto ko rin magkaroon ng song that will inspire others and will cheer up someone--'yun 'yung purpose ng "Safe with Me" that's how I can relate sa song na ito."
