Garrett Bolden has already set his eyes on the coming new year, and he does so with a new single he’s set to release under GMA Music.
Garrett spent the afternoon today, December 10, catching up with members of Kapuso Brigade via a video conference. It was during this exclusive session when the Kapuso artist shared his thoughts about 2020 and 2021.
According to him, if there’s anything he discovered about himself that he’d like to pursue in the coming year, it involves his creativity.
He revealed, “This year has been a bit of a pause sa career kasi we don’t usually do what we are used to, like performing in events. You know, ‘yung normal tapings and all. Siguro po one thing na na-discover ko this year is ‘yung I can be creative.
"Kasi lagi nga I always just do whatever is asked para sa akin pero when I discovered na parang I have these ideas na parang I think it will work, na makakatulong din po sa career ko, so ‘yun po na mas lalo ako naging creative.”
Garrett even made sure to work on this realization as he penned his first music composition that is slated to be the third single he will release under GMA Music.
He said, “This coming January 2021, medyo gagandahan po natin ang pasok ng taon that I’ll be releasing my third single. Sobrang malapit po ito sa puso ko dahil ito po ang aking unang-unang single na ako po mismo ang nag-compose.
"Basta sobrang excited po ako. Sana po suportahan niyo rin po ako paglabas po nitong awitin na ‘to. Ayun po, coming this January.”
He also gave his fans a sneak peek of his upcoming single via his social media account.
A part of his caption read, “I still can't believe na I’ll be able to share with all of you something that is genuinely from the bottom of my heart.”
