Kapuso leading man Ruru Madrid’s debut single under GMA Music, “Maghihintay” is a hit as the song has reached 300,000 streams on Spotify.

In his exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, Ruru shared the meaning of “Maghihintay."

He said, “Ang Maghihintay is about someone na naghihintay para sabihin doon sa taong gusto niya na mahal niya. Alam mo ‘yun, na sabihin sa taong ‘yun na mahal kita at puwede bang maging tayo.

"Kumbaga, naghihintay siya sa tamang pagkakataon, sa perfect timing para doon sa perfect ding salitang ‘I love you.’

Aside the success of his debut single, the Kapuso hottie is also featured in the March issue of fashion magazine, MEGA Man.
