Check out Immuki Island this summer season!

Now that PAGASA has formally declared the start of the summer season, it won't be far off before Filipino travelers start looking for places they can visit in the coming months.
If you're one of the Filipino travelers looking for an affordable place to go to or at least a destination that isn't too crowded, Biyahe ni Drew suggests an island that can be found in La Union.
Immuki Island is located in Balaoan, La Union and it is the perfect choice for travelers who prefer nature-tripping rather than surfing, which is what La Union is most known for.
For only P20, visitors can already spend their entire day at Immuki Island. Thanks to the lush growth of mangroves and bantigue plants in the area, visitors can also expect pleasant surroundings during their visit.
Immuki Island's three lagoons are the highlight of any trip to the destination. The three lagoons are named after the private parts of people, supposedly because when viewed from above the lagoons resemble these body parts. The three lagoons are named Bimmuto, derived from the man's private part, Immubet from the anus, and Immuki from the woman's private part.
Aside from frolicking in the water and diving into any of the three lagoons, another thing that visitors can do at Immuki Island include riding crystal kayaks, which allow them to see what's beneath the kayak even as they take it out onto the lagoon. Visitors can also visit the location's sea garden, where they can harvest seaweed, sea urchin, and sea cucumber.
