Test your courage at this Singapore water park

For a lot of people, the first thing that comes to mind when Singapore is mentioned are the shopping malls on Orchard Road or famous theme parks like Universal Studios. But these aren't the only attractions that are found in the country.
One attraction that people can go to is Wild Wild Wet, the largest water theme park in Singapore that opened 18 years ago and has 15 slides that guests can try out. It's located in 1 Pasir Ris Close, and Biyahe ni Drew visited to try out some of its slides and introduce it to other travelers.
Professor's Playground
The Professor's Playground is made for the younger visitors of Wild Wild Wet. It's designed to look like an island full of slides, stars, water cannons, and fountains, with the water shallow enough to ensure the safety of children.
Torpedo
If the Professor's Playground is for kids, the Torpedo and the park's other thrill rides are for those looking to test their courage.
The Torpedo is six storeys high and guests who try it out will slide down it at 70 kilometers per hour. Only one person at a time can try it out, and will truly test anybody's courage.

Aside from the Torpedo, there is also the Kraken Racers slide, the first four-lane mat racer slide in Singapore. Only four people at a time can use it and they can even compete to find out which person will reach the bottom of the slide first.
Free Fall
There is also Free Fall, the longest free fall water slide in Asia. Because it is almost completely vertical, speeds on the slide can reach up to 50 feet per second. You'll be at the bottom of the slide in six seconds!
